The hornet/battery pack is a new portable, standalone unit providing a bridge for ANT+ devices, such as the Sensr 2.0 and Sensr 4.0 provided by Heart Tech Plus. The hornet/battery pack communicates wirelessly through Wi-Fi networks to other devices, such as iPads. The hornet receives data from connected Sensr 2.0s and/or Sensr 4.0s, translates the data into BLE or Wi-Fi packets, and immediately transmits live data to the iPad. The hornet is required in order to use the Heart Tech Plus group app.
